NTech Vision was started in 2021 by Mr. Bhagwan Kumbhar, who spent 20 years working in industry before setting up his own manufacturing business. That experience shapes how we work: practical designs, solid fabrication and machines that are simple to run and maintain on site.
Today we design and manufacture mastic cookers at our facility in Kalyan, close to Mumbai and the Nhava Sheva (JNPA) container port. We cater to domestic and international requirements, including contractors in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Mastic asphalt blocks are loaded into a heated vessel. A powered agitator keeps the material moving so it melts evenly and does not burn at the base. Once at temperature, the cooker holds the mix ready and discharges it to the laying crew.
Every cooker is inspected and run at our facility before it is packed for export.
